Change Policy

The "Fun-Sure Guarantee" allows for one-time free change of event session under the following conditions:

• Unused tickets

  • Application must be submitted within 48 hours after the original session ends.

• Activity completion is below 50%

  • If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances affect the event and participants believe it is unsuitable to continue, a request must be submitted within 24 hours of the activity date.

Application Process

To apply for a session change, send the following information to info@teamunlock.me with the subject "Fun-Sure Guarantee Application":

• Order Number

• Reason for Application

We will process your application within 7 business days. Once approved, you will receive an "Exchange Voucher", which will be valid for 3 months from the original event date and can be used to book other sessions.

Terms and Conditions  

1. Each original order is eligible for the “Fun-Sure Guarantee” only once. The new session after an exchange will no longer qualify for this program.  

2. This program only offers session exchange services and does not provide refunds.  

3. The “Exchange Voucher” must be used within the specified validity period; expired vouchers will be voided.  

4. The exchanged session does not guarantee the additional events and benefits of the original session, including but not limited to competitions and time-limited challenges.  

5. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
