By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any TeamUnlock+ game, you ("you" or "participant") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

1. The Service and Eligibility

1.1 The Service is a web-based application accessible via a mobile browser. Participants will explore and complete challenges in a real-world city environment, guided by an interactive map and storyline.

1.2 Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 You are responsible for providing your own suitable mobile device, securing a stable internet connection, and for any mobile data charges incurred during the game.

2.  Participant Responsibilities & Preparation

To ensure a smooth gameplay experience, you agree to the following preparations:

2.1 Pre-Event Test: Before the event, you must use your mobile browser to open the "Technical Test Page" (https://plus.teamunlock.me/game/tech_check) and ensure your device settings are normal.

2.2 Required Equipment: You must bring a smartphone or tablet with sufficient battery power and a stable mobile network connection. A portable power bank is recommended.

2.3 Recommended Browser: For the best game experience, please use Chrome, Safari, or your device's default operating system web browser. Avoid opening the game using in-app browsers (such as those within "QR Code Scanner" apps, WeChat, etc.), as some game features may not display normally.

2.4 User Guide: You are responsible for reading the "User Guide" (https://www.teamunlock.me/info) thoroughly before the game to familiarize yourself with its operation.

3. Safety, Conduct, and Assumption of Risk

Your safety is our priority, but it remains your sole responsibility. By participating, you agree to assume all related risks and adhere to the following safety rules:

3.1 Situational Awareness: You must be aware of your surroundings at all times.

3.2 Restricted Areas: Avoid entering areas that are dangerous, inappropriate, or restricted. Never trespass on private property.

3.3 Respect for Others: Be friendly and respectful to other players and members of the public.

3.4 Hazards: Pay attention to potential hazards, including pedestrians, traffic, and obstacles, while moving.

3.5 No Driving: Do NOT use our game while driving or operating any vehicle (including cars, bicycles, etc.).

3.6 Parental Guidance: Parents or guardians must guide and supervise participating children, including where they play and how to use the application safely.

3.7 Emergencies: If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

3.8 Content Warning (Scare Elements): The game may provide impact scares to entertain guests throughout the game.

3.9 Health Warning (Flashing Lights): Flashing lights or patterns may appear throughout the game. Please pay attention if you are suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, claustrophobia, physical discomfort, or are affected by drugs or alcohol.

3.10 Assumption of Risk: You understand and agree that participation in this activity, which takes place in a public, urban environment, involves inherent risks (including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or accidents). You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your participation in the Service.

4. Payment, Guarantee, and Refunds

4.1 "Fun-Sure Guarantee": If the activity is interrupted by weather or other unforeseen factors, and participants feel it’s unsuitable to continue, as long as less than 50% of the activity has been completed, our “Fun-Sure Guarantee” offers you a free session replacement. 4.2 International Payments: Our company is based in Hong Kong. If you are using a non-Hong Kong credit card or payment method, your bank or credit card issuer may charge an additional overseas transaction fee. These charges are not from us; please consult your card issuer for details.

4.3 Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified or covered by the guarantee in Section 4.1, all tickets sold are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reschedulable.

All content provided as part of the Service, including but not limited to storylines, puzzles, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of TU Tech Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TU Tech Limited, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, loss of data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Service.
