In 1950s England, a mysterious plague spreads through London, shrouding the city in fear. Dubbed the Plague Mist, its origins remain unknown. Scientists at the London Institute of Medical Research are desperate for answers but hit a dead end. Hope emerges with the name Dr. Holloway, a former protégé of John Snow, the father of epidemiology. Holloway once proved cholera spread through water, but after a fallout, he vanished into seclusion.
An assistant's team tracks Holloway to his countryside home, but he’s missing. Inside, they find maps of the plague’s spread, scattered notes, and a locked journal rumored to hold vital research—possibly a cure. Deciphering the journal may be the only way to stop the plague. But where is Holloway? Did he disappear willingly, or was he taken? As the race against time begins, the countryside holds dark secrets, and the truth may cost more than anyone expects.
